As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, 54bet may request valid identification, proof of address, or other documentation from you at any time. 54bet may take action to suspend or close accounts under the following circumstances: violation of Terms & Conditions, evidence of fraud, suspicion of money laundering, operation of multiple accounts, or a directive from legal authorities. Any legitimately withdrawable balance will be returned prior to account closure; however, bonus or promotional balances may be forfeited. Users may also request account closure themselves by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests may take 5–7 business days to process.
